Silicon Valley Gay Softball League
Welcome to the official site for Silicon Valley Gay Softball League (SVGSL). SVGSL is the first league of its kind in Santa Clara County to provide an athletic, recreational and social opportunity for the LGBTQIA+ community of the greater San Jose area, as well as friends of the LGBTQIA+ community, through participation in organized softball league competition.
The purpose of the SVGSL is to provide an opportunity for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex and Asexual (LGBTQIA+) individuals and their allies to play organized slow pitch softball in an environment that is safe, healthy, and free of negative attitudes based on differences in sexual orientation. The SVGSL promotes good sportsmanship, the welfare of its members and the community, development of positive relationships among its members and the community. The SVGSL organizes and supports participation by its members in athletic, social, cultural, and/or charitable events which may serve the preceding purposes.

Formerly NAGAAA - North American Gay Amateur Athletic Alliance.
Formed in 1977, the North American Gay Amateur Athletic Alliance (NAGAAA), DBA International Pride Softball (iPrideSoftball) is a 501c(3) international sports organization comprised of men and women dedicated to providing opportunity and access for the LGBTQ+ community to participate in organized competition in a safe environment.
